Earning rules

How much a customer has to spend in store to earn vouchers. The highest rule a spend reaches is the one that pays, so with RM20 → 1 and RM50 → 3 a RM60 spend earns three vouchers, not four.

Pools

A pool is the set of prizes a voucher is opened against. One pool is live at a time; the rest can be prepared without customers seeing them.

Issue vouchers

Record what a customer spent and the rules above decide how many vouchers they get. Leave the amount blank to issue a fixed number by hand instead — for goodwill, or an event giveaway.

Every prize ever drawn, newest first — who won it, out of which pool, and where it is now.

Prize shipments

Prizes a customer has asked for. Every shipment is packed in the same parcel as the order it is marked against — prizes are only sent with an order that already has free shipping, so a prize never travels on its own. The order itself stays in the Orders tab, unchanged. A shipment showing no order number was arranged before that rule.
