These Terms & Conditions govern the use of GachaGo, operated by FUNFUN NINJAZ FUNWORLD SERVICES. By accessing our website, creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Customer Accounts
Customers must provide accurate information and keep access to their registered email account secure.
Email OTP codes must not be shared with another person. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their account.
Customers under 18 should use GachaGo with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Tokens and Vouchers
Token packages and prices will be displayed before payment.
Tokens will be credited after successful payment confirmation. Tokens and vouchers may only be used within GachaGo and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred unless expressly permitted by GachaGo or required by law.
Token purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Gift Redemptions
All gifts are subject to stock availability. Product colours, packaging or minor design details may differ from photographs.
Customers must ensure that the selected gift, quantity and delivery information are correct before confirming an order.
Delivery redemption orders must meet the minimum Token requirement displayed at checkout, currently 30 Tokens.
4. Orders and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Additional delivery charges may apply when an order must be sent again because incorrect or incomplete information was provided.
5. Capsule Machines and Reward Cards
Items dispensed successfully from capsule or self-service machines are considered final, subject to applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Reward cards must be genuine and verified through an authorised GachaGo redemption process. Damaged, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or previously redeemed cards may be rejected.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. Approval and processing times may depend on the selected bank or payment provider.
Customers must not use an unauthorised payment method or attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction fraudulently.
7. Promotions
Promotions, rewards and bonus offers may have separate eligibility periods, limits and conditions.
GachaGo may amend or end a promotion, but changes will not remove benefits already validly earned unless required to address fraud, misuse or an error.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, create fraudulent accounts, manipulate Tokens or vouchers, access another customer’s account, or use automated tools without permission.
GachaGo may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, security risk or breach of these terms.

We aim to keep GachaGo available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems or third-party services.
We may improve or update website features while protecting valid customer balances and completed transaction records.
12. Intellectual Property
The GachaGo name, website design, graphics, text and system content belong to FUNFUN NINJAZ FUNWORLD SERVICES or their respective licensors.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Malaysian law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the applicable Malaysian courts and dispute-resolution procedures.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, operations or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be displayed on this page.
